How to look after outside sculptures
Willow is a natural wood at the end of the day so it depends on how you look after your sculptures and where you put them.
If you look after them correctly then they will last longer.
Some of my Clients put their sculptures away in the winter too to preserve them.
For those sculptures that are left outside, then an equal quantity of linseed oil and turps sprayed all over will help them be protected from the elements.
If however there are some coloured areas then just linseed oil.
